Sarah Wilhoit, REALTOR® | Lead Agent

Hello- transplant here!

My family moved to the Tampa Bay Area in August 2015 from rural northeastern Ohio. We came to the area because my husband had accepted a job in St Petersburg, Florida. We have lived in Palm Harbor since 2016 and love the area. Our transition to Florida has been an adventure! Moving from a place where we were born and raised, surrounded by farms, fields, Amish buggies, cattle, and orchards, to bustling St Pete, where the pace of life was much different, and sunshine and beaches became part our new normal.

Whatever your story, I’m here to help you accomplish your goals. I want you to enjoy the process and be comfortable knowing that someone else has been there and is willing to support you every step of the way in your buying or selling process. The transition from one home to another, whether across the country, or across town, can be a stressful time, but it also should be a very exciting time. Let me help you discover how the next chapter in your life begins!

Marcus Lund, REALTOR®

Having spent most of my adult life working in the hospitality business as a Resort Sales and Marketing Director, I made a conscious decision to make a career change after moving from Colorado to Florida to South Carolina and then back to Florida. I was eager to settle down in an ideal community and pursue a second career in real estate. I purchased my home here in Clearwater, Florida while working as the Director of Sales and Marketing for a local resort. The Tampa Bay area has everything I love ... opportunities to sail, to play golf and dine out at some fantastic restaurants. The variety of clubs, churches and other organizations offer social opportunities for those with any interest. And, best of all … the climate is perfect for those of us that love the tropics.

A successful real estate professional must be trustworthy, loyal, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. And, above all, we need to LISTEN to the needs of those we serve. I am excited about helping you find the joy of living in the Tampa Bay area. When you work with me, you will receive a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent and a committed ally to negotiate on your behalf.

Christine Fallara.jpg

Christine Fallara, REALTOR®

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, I moved to Dunedin, Florida in 2015. After over 30 years of enduring the long, frigid winters of Chicago, it has been a welcome change enjoying the year round sunshine, beaches, and Florida lifestyle.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked for over ten years as a paralegal and attorney practicing real estate law, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. My favorite part of my legal career was helping people through their real estate purchases and sales, which inspired me to utilize my background and seek a new career as a Realtor®.

In 2005, I graduated Cum Laude from George Washington University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and in 2011, I graduated Cum Laude from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL with a Juris Doctor. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Pinellas Realtor Organization.

Outside of real estate, I spend my time making magic at the Disney Store, crafting, reading, enjoying Florida’s beaches, visiting Florida’s theme parks, and training for my next half marathon.

My skills and background will allow me to work for each client effectively and efficiently. It is my goal to not only meet your expectations but also exceed them! I cannot wait to meet you and to begin your real estate journey!

Jessi Francis.jpg

Jessi Francis, REALTOR®

After many years as a stay-at-home mom, Jessi Francis came to the world of real estate through her desire to do something a bit different than anything else she had done while also satisfying her desire to help people in the community.

Over the last two decades, she spent most of her time volunteering in the local K-12 schools as well as working for the Pasco County school board as a school bus driver for almost 10 years. Her kids are now adults, doing great things and starting families of their own and Jessi decided it was time to do what she had always thought would be exciting and fulfilling. Real estate!

“The client is the most important part of every transaction and their happiness is what matters more than anything else. At the end of the day, buying a home is one of the biggest, most important decisions you will make in your life. I want you to be confident in your decision to hire me.”

Patty Rodriguez.jpg

Patty Rodriguez, REALTOR®

Patty has been in the Real Estate industry in some form or another for many years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University. Her career started early on in property management, moving into sales and she joined Keller Williams as the Agent Services Coordinator when she and her daughter moved back to Florida in 2015. Patty prides herself on her attention to detail and organizational skills and she is thrilled to have the opportunity to learn and grow with this up and coming team.

When Patty isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Adrianna, traveling whenever possible to somewhere new or exploring Florida. Florida has so many natural wonders and they love to go to the beach, swim, go zip lining, or just float down a river in a tube or kayak. Love of the ocean and boats led Patty to getting her SCUBA divemaster certification back in 1992. She also enjoys growing orchids and when the weather doesn’t permit fun outside, she loves to watch a great movie.
